Falcon Foundation: Golfing for a Cause

 BY JEFF FALK

Having a turn on the links on a beautiful spring morning, all the while helping kids. It doesn’t get much better than that.

The Falcon Foundation golf outing will be staged in the morning hours of Saturday, April 13th at luscious Fairview Golf Course in Quentin. All funds generated by the event will benefit the Falcon Foundation, which aids students, teachers in the Cornwall-Lebanon school district through grants, awards, scholarships and capital improvement projects.

The entry fee for the California scramble event is $85 per participant, and includes cart, beverages, breakfast, lunch, contests and prizes. Registration will begin at 7 a.m., followed by a shot gun start at 8 a.m.

There will also be other sponsorship opportunities available.

For additional information, contact outing director Rick Beard at rbeard@lvc.edu or 644-2033.
