A model of consistency, Jillian Keefer has always been there for the West Chester University women’s basketball program. Or perhaps she’s just opposed to the pines.
During her four-year career in West Chester, Keefer has accomplished an admirable feat. The Palmyra graduate has never missed a game for the Rams.
To this point, Keefer has played in every one of her possible 95 career games. Over the past two seasons, the 5-11 senior guard has started 37 of a possible 38 times.
This season, Keefer’s scoring average is up slightly, to 9.7 points per game. At 75 percent, Keefer is also second on the club in free throw percentage, and has made 11 three-point field goals.
Currently, NCAA Division Two West Chester is 8-3 overall and 4-3 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.
