If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.
Persistence has certainly paid huge dividends for Megan Strohman.
After graduating from Lebanon High School, things just didn’t work out for Strohman at Lebanon Valley College. But it appears a transfer to Elizabethtown was just what the doctor ordered.
Strohman, a 5-4 senior guard, is currently leading the Elizabethtown College women’s basketball team in scoring. A starter in all of the Blue Jays’ 17 games this year and averaging 28 minutes a game, Strohman is scoring at a 14.4 points per game clip.
But Strohman’s contibutions to the Blue Jays’ success doesn’t end there. She is also E-town’ leader in three-point field goals and has made a team-leading 91 percent of her free throws.
Right now, Elizabethtown is 10-7 overall and 2-5 in the Commonwealth Conference.
